Thomas also entered his first Junior Handling class with Millie - very strong class of 20, no placing but he did very well.

Essex and Eastern Counties Open Show

Newt -1st Junior Dog then to final 6 for best dog.

Millie - 3rd Graduate (handled by Thomas)

Richmond Championship Show - 12/9/09

Newt - Got pulled out to final 6 but not placed

Millie - Not placed but in a strong class of 18

British Boxer Club Working Day - 6/9/09

Newt  - 1st Most Handsome Dog, 6th - Working and Pastoral Group and got to the third round in the racing.

Millie - 1st Best child with dog, 1st Beginners Agility, 3rd Best Treat Catcher (but best Boxer)

Thomas (age 12)  took Millie into all these classes.

Pickle - 1st Best White Boxer, 3rd Beginners Agility,

Meg (our Border Collie) 

They were all temperment tested and graded Excellent.

Pickle and Newt also completed their first pre-beginners obedience test.  They did quite well and we hope to do more.

Small Companion Show on the South Coast

Millie  - 1st best working/pastoral Group and then Best in Show all handled by Thomas

Newt passed his Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze test.

Pickle passed his Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze test.

Newt - 1st in his class, 3rd in boxer group and 2nd Working Puppy Group 2

Write up reads: lovely just 7 months golden br/w male, good head, kind dark eyes giving a good expression, good mouth and ear carriage, good reach of neck flowing into a good lay of shoulder, level topline, nice straight front, tight feet, good spring of rib, tight tuck up, good angulations, moved very well around the ring & coming and going.
